Since the Special Olympics is dedicated to showcasing the athletic abilities of the intellectually disabled to the world, the Publicis design team felt the logo should showcase their artistic abilities as well. Oscar-winning filmmaker Rayka Zehtabchi documented the process.

The film and the story got a ton of press, which hopefully will open up even more opportunities for those with intellectual disabilities.

Taking inspiration from the logo process, and the Special Olympics' mission, I wrote the official tagline + hashtag for the 2022 games.
